Returns & Refund Policy

At MOSHIONNA Activewear, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for the customer, we maintain a limited return policy designed to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent or abusive activity while still supporting legitimate order issues.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Made-To-Order Policy

Because each MOSHIONNA Activewear item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Preference-based concerns such as fit, feel, or style expectations
  • Minor color variations caused by screen or display settings
  • Accidental purchases
  • Unwanted gifts
  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and shipping information before completing a purchase.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We gladly assist customers with legitimate order issues reported within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

A replacement or refund may be approved if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item or wrong size was received due to a fulfillment error
  • The package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.

Condition Requirements

Approved claims may require photo verification before a refund or replacement is issued.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or visible damage caused after delivery

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, MOSHIONNA Activewear reserves the right to deny claims involving visibly worn or used apparel.

Return Abuse & Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, MOSHIONNA Activewear reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases including but not limited to:

  • Excessive refund or replacement requests
  • Claims inconsistent with tracking or delivery confirmation
  • Signs of product wear, washing, alteration, or misuse
  • False damage claims or manipulated photos
  • Attempts to return used merchandise
  • Chargeback abuse or payment disputes filed without contacting us first
  • Suspicious purchasing behavior or policy exploitation

Accounts or orders flagged for abusive activity may be restricted, cancelled, or refused service at our discretion.

How To Submit A Claim

To report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing order, please email info@moshionna.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem, packaging, and shipping label when applicable

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send items back without prior written authorization from MOSHIONNA Activewear.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender without refund eligibility. In most approved cases, physical returns are not required and claims are handled digitally.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact info@moshionna.com immediately with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

MOSHIONNA Activewear is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Packages delayed due to weather, customs, or carrier disruptions
  • Orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after products have been delivered may result in evidence being submitted to the payment provider, account restrictions, and refusal of future service.
